In the midst of orchards and lush fields lies the small farmers village of Nerezine, which inhabits 1000 people.

The monastery of St. Frances with its Renaissance bell - tower is definitely a focal point of Nerezine. During your walk through the harbor, you can make a visit to the St Mary’s church, which has no tower, it is from the 19^th century.

The walking route to the peak of St. Nicholas mountain (557m) also starts in Nerezine. From the mountain you have a breathtaking view of the surrounding islands. For the more experienced hiker we recommend the peak of Televrin (588m) and also the walking track to Osor.
